RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY
- Product exchanges:
1.1. Product exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided that the item is in its original condition, unused and with the original labels and packaging in perfect condition.
1.2. Product exchanges can be made for any product of any brand available at COSHOWROOM, as long as the item being exchanged is in its original condition, unused and with the original tags and packaging in perfect condition.
1.3. If the item being exchanged is from a higher-value brand, the customer must pay the corresponding difference. If the item being exchanged is of a lower value, no refunds will be issued, and the customer will receive a credit for the difference, valid for future purchases.
- Returns and refunds:
2.1. Returns of products purchased online will be accepted within 7 days of purchase, provided that the item is in its original condition, unused and with the original labels and packaging in perfect condition.
2.2. To request a refund, the customer must present the original purchase receipt.
2.3. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If the purchase was made by credit or debit card, the refund will be issued to the same card used for the purchase.
2.4. Return shipping or transport costs will be borne by the customer, unless the product has manufacturing defects or has been sent incorrectly.
- Exceptions:
3.1. No exchanges or returns will be accepted on party dresses.
3.2. No exchanges or returns will be accepted on personalized or custom-made products, unless they have manufacturing defects. This also applies to products in the sale or discounted section.
3.3. For returns of products purchased in physical stores, a gift card of the same value as the purchase will be given, valid for 12 months to be used both online and offline.
- Procedure for exchanges and returns:
4.1. The customer must contact our customer service department within the established period of 30 days to request an exchange and within 7 days to request a refund (online only).
4.2. The customer will be provided with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the product back.
4.3. Once the returned product has been received and its condition verified, the corresponding exchange or refund will be carried out within 7 business days.
