Maintenance with soft brushes or cloths.

Never dry the material with a dryer, as the heat can damage the material and dry out the leather.

Shipping:
Free shipping for purchases over €250.
Product exchanges:
1. Product exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of purchase.
Returns and refunds:
1. Returns of products purchased online will be accepted within 7 days of delivery.
2. Return shipping or transport costs will be borne by the customer, unless the product has manufacturing defects or has been sent incorrectly.
Exceptions:
1. No exchanges or returns will be accepted on party dresses.
2. No exchanges or returns will be accepted on personalized or custom-made products, unless they have manufacturing defects. This also applies to products in the sale or discount section.
